So here goes blog entry #2. Even with only 17 days until the class of 2010 graduates, I am in a surprisingly upbeat mood, mostly because I've finished a term paper, SAT, spanish AP, history final, physics test, math test, spanish test and many other impossible assignments.
Today I had the lovely opportunity of kicking back with a lot of friends during my sunny free periods, only to hear from a number of them that my skirt had been riding up all day and a large number of Stevenson students had seen...well, let's just say I really felt like a foolish junior today.
Even with this minor setback, I managed to have a good time talking with Gal Pal Catherine Palmieri and Cool Kid Brooke Palmieri about a shared excitement for prom. I'm sure to all of you (meaning my thousands of blog followers)think prom is overrated, but I'm a naive junior and this is my first one! Also, alumni from Stevenson can come to prom their freshman year in college, so if any of you want to come to prom with me next year, let me know--I know you're all dying to attend as many high school dances as possible.
Also, I realized I will be leaving for New York the Friday before graduation, so I'll have to say good-bye even earlier than I'd originally planned.
Ok, the lameness of my writing this blog is starting to get to me, so I'll just end this blog on a happy note: even though I'll be terribly upset upon the seniors' graduation, it means summer can't be far!
